These are very nice quality. I only wear them for about 20 minutes in the evening while feet are up. I can definitely feel the toe separation after I've used them, but you really need to do it every day. I ordered a Large. My normal shoe size is a women's 9.5. Although these fit, they are little large. I probably could have gotten a medium.

I’ve had issues sleeping for a while because my pinky toes cross under the toes next to them and I can’t stand the feeling of my toes touching each other. I’ve been wearing the socks while watching tv for a few days and my feet are getting used to them and now I can sleep in them and my feet feel SOOO much better!! Definitely recommend for crooked toes.
